I forgot to include this photo in the first group. This is the resort we stayed at. We were on the 5th floor...there are 15, not including the 13th...What is up with that? and superstition of the 13th floor? Do people not realize if they are on the 14th floor, they are actually on the 13th? Duuuhhhh!!! ( ;P I just had to put that out there.)
So anyway, this post is about the things we did while on vacation. Our first excursion was on Tuesday to Ripley's Aquarium.
We saw stingrays, sharks, and other aquatic animals...Oh, my!
These are strange creatures! hehehe!
We loved the tunnel, where the sharks, saw-fish, turtle, and other fish swam right over our heads! Look at those teeth!

On Wednesday, we just hung around the resort until suppertime. After dinner, we played a round of mini-golf at Jurrasic Golf...See the tricerotop eating the flower?

On Thursday, we headed north to Alligator Adventure. This photo was Josh's idea. Great pose!
Petting a galapagos tortoise....stay away from the mouth!!
The largest croc in captivity...Utan. He was a monster!
We watched an alligator feeding, and then a reptile show. After the show, the kids got to "pet" a baby alligator. This one is about 2 years old.
Mom and Dad had fun, but hunger was getting the better of the boys, and they kept pleading to leave. I thought they would've really loved it....all the snakes and other reptiles that we saw. (Too many photos to include here! hehe)
On Friday, before heading home to the mountains, we did a little shopping at Broadway at the Beach. Silly boys...
Josh on the bungee-trampoline. He was enthusiastic about it, but got a little scared once up there, and didn't do it very long.
Ben on the other hand loved it! He was grinning from ear to ear, and couldn't wait for the attendant to let him loose!

We had a wonderful time, and can't wait to go again, hopefully, next year. There were lots of things that we had wanted to do that we just couldn't get to.
