Finally some crafty stuff!

Yes, they have been a long time coming. And a couple of them are still missing some journaling!

But I figured if I didn't get them on here, even with finishing touches missing,

they might not make it on here for even a while longer!!

I'm not sure where it went, but my scrapping mojo seems to have flown the coop.

I look at all my scrapalicious treasures, and see new things on my favorite websites, and think,

"I can't wait to sit down again and scrap." But when I do sit down, I go blank.

My only guess to what might be happening is that I look at all the pictures from last year that I still haven't gotten around to scrapping, and begin to feel overwhelmed.

Like I'm just slipping further and further behind, with no hope of ever getting "caught up."

Has anyone got any ideas? How can I get back into the swing of things?

How do I get out of this funk?

So, anyway. Here are the layouts of last summer's vacation.

(And I still have a few more vacation pictures to put to paper!)

There are also a couple of Ben's birthday, and one of him losing his first tooth!

So with no further ado, here they are.....

For these next three, I had so many photos of our visit to Ripley's Aquarium, I made one for each of the boys' albums, as well as one for the family album.
(The boys' still need some journaling.)

For each of the boys' LOs, I plan to list each of their favorite things that they saw there.

This last one is the most recently completed. Started about a week ago, finished this morning.

Monthly Update...

Yes, I realize that it has been over a month since my last post. But honestly, there's not much to post about. I can only think of two things news-worthy to share.

The first thing is that Steve is now working 3rd shift. He was passed over several times for 1st shift, and in desperation, decided to try 3rd. Before, the only time he saw the boys was for a few minutes before and after school, as they said good-bye to each other. Now, he might not see them in the morning, but he gets to spend several hours with them each night, until they go to bed. The boys are lovin' it! Me? Well, it is nice in some ways. It's been three weeks now, so I guess I'm fairly well adjusted. lol And I guess Steve is too! ;)

And I've been quite busy planning our summer vacation. Checking on hotels, attractions, and restaurants. Where are we going? Well, let's just say that at least one of us (me) will be coming home with big ears. Hhmmm....

We've also been keeping busy with Cub Scouts. And with Steve now on 3rd, he can be there for the den meetings too! That is a definite plus!! And back on the last Saturday in January, we attended the Pinewood Derby Races.

(Which is the only thing I've photographed in over a month!! {GASP!})

It was a good day at the races. And we learned some new tricks to try out for next year's races.

So, that's about it. As I said, not much really exciting happening. Especially not until summer.

We're all really excited.

Okay, maybe I am a little more excited than Steve and the boys! ;D
