Pum'kin Patch

These pics were taken earlier this month on our quest for the Great Pumpkin. We started at Lyda's Farm, where they had the cool caterpillar. We let the boys pick out a couple of small pumpkins to call their own. Then we headed to Grandad's Apples and Such. They had goats and a llama, and a small bluegrass band playing. And some cute props for pics. Though I had wanted a fairly big pumpkin, I couldn't find one to my liking--I guess the crops might've been hurt by the drought--so I settled for a medium-sized one.

We also got some pumpkin bread there that was amazingly good! Yum!
